How do I create an account?+
Choose Sign in → Create account. It’s free; you only pay when an order is placed. Verify your email and you can start sending RFQs immediately.
How do I get a price?+
Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) from any listing or marketplace with your quantity and destination. Verified suppliers reply with itemized quotes you can compare and counter.
How do I track an order?+
Open the order under Account → Orders. Each shows its escrow status, payment progress, and a shipment milestone timeline.
Are my payments secure?+
Yes. Payments run through escrow with bank-grade encryption, funds are released to the supplier only once you confirm the goods.
How are suppliers verified?+
Every seller clears KYB business verification and sanctions/watchlist screening before listing, and carries a Trust Score built from verifiable signals.
Which countries can I source to?+
Tislim focuses on cross-border corridors across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Available lanes and any restricted items are shown when you request a quote.
