How do I track an order?+
Open your order under Account → Orders. Each order shows its escrow status, payment progress, and the shipment timeline as the supplier and logistics partner update it.
How does buyer protection work?+
Every order is escrow-backed: your deposit is held by Tislim and only released to the supplier once you confirm the goods match the agreed specification. See Buyer Protection for the full policy.
How do I reach a supplier before ordering?+
Submit an RFQ from any listing. Verified suppliers respond with itemized quotes (FOB / CIF / DDP), and you can counter or accept, all inside Tislim, no off-platform contact needed.
Are my payments secure?+
Payments run through escrow with bank-grade encryption. Funds are never released on trust alone, they move only when each milestone you agreed to is met.
