By accessing and using Tislim, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Tislim, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Interfere with platform operations or security
  • Harvest user data without consent

4. Payments and Fees

All transactions on Tislim are processed through our secure escrow system. Sellers pay a commission on successful sales. Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions. All fees are clearly disclosed before you complete any transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tislim provides the platform and services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Banjul, or you may bring claims in your local small claims court if eligible.

4. Reporting violations

If you encounter any compliance violations or suspicious activity, please report it through our Help Center or email compliance@tislim.com. All reports are investigated confidentially.

Trade Regulations

International trade: Tislim facilitates cross-border trade in compliance with international regulations and local laws in all operating countries.

1. Export controls

Certain items require export licenses or are restricted to specific countries. Sellers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining necessary export documentation
  • Verifying buyer eligibility for controlled items
  • Complying with dual-use goods regulations
  • Accurate customs declarations

2. Import requirements

Buyers are responsible for understanding import requirements in their country:

Transactions involving sanctioned entities or countries are prohibited and will be blocked.
